That was great. I have the same mom. always with the helpful appearance tips. very good for my self-esteem she is.

I seriously just got off the phone with her again. It only took her 5 minutes of my complete silence, to get that the weight talk needed to stop. Then we just went on and on about dresses and sisters and taxes. I talked to her for 45 minutes.

Ugh Rit. I feel your pain.

Nothing boosts the self esteem like a huge helping of motherly love. I.E. "I thought about throwing you a surprise party for your 40th birthday, but then that would mean I would have to put out some energy and I really don't feel like it."

God I hope I never do that to my daughter.
