Wham, Bam, thank you Rit

This is going to be quick and random. Much like most of my relationships.

* I am really busy at work today, yet I found myself staring out the window wondering if the fact that it is 55 degrees in the midwest in January really means that there is something to all this global warming crap. Then I thought about whether Angelina's belly tatoos are going to look messed up when her tummy goes back to normal size.

*My mom called at lunch and I told her that after last night's and this morning's conversations, I will be reading self help books and joining weight watchers online instead of accompaning she and Lolo to look at flowers this evening. She apparently forgot how to speak sarcasm and exclaimed "They have weight watchers online now? Wow, I'm going to check that out now." I told her that you have to be at least 5 pounds over the medical communities definition of your ideal weight so she is SOL. I hate my mom right now.

*I joined weight watchers online and will be billing my mother along with the self help books I will purchase.

*Why DO we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?

*When will Britney Spears get a clue?

*Poop!

Don't forget these!

*You know those signs that say "Keep Off the Grass"? How do they get there?

*Why do shampoo bottles come with instructions?

*If your nose runs and your feet smell, then you were built upside down.

*If your nose is runny, you may think it's funny but it' snot.

Britney doesn't have time to get a clue- she's too busy losing the few of them she has left.
No, Angelina's tattoos will look like a crazy person did this.

I hope she poses for Playboy so that we can all see. :)
Poop!

Lulu, that's a nice shiny new avatar.

If you rearrange the letters in Poop, you get Popo.

Coincidence? I think not.
Rit, did you see this?

Thought you would appeciate it.
Lulu-playboy is a must! A must!

Popo-I'll have to check that out at home. Doesn't work here. and, no not a coincidence
Rit, I went with my friend to WW sunday. I don't really like going to the meetings, but I'm making myself do it to stay focused.

Can I tell you my best points find so far: Dannon Light and Fit yogurt: one point. Put a cut up strawberry in it with a few chopped walnuts. 2 points. very good.
What? You do WW online too? I seriously signed up today. See ya 25 "I quit smoking" pounds.

Are the meetings good? I am going shopping for a scale and a food scale after work. Mr. Rit is so excited to hear that he will be eating healthy. His exact words "Well, just cook a ton of it because you know how much I eat."
Rit, I'm so excited you are doing weight watchers. Please please tell me about anything you find that's good and point worthy.

I'm going to the actual meetings with my friend. Sunday mornings. The meetings are a bit hokey, but also very inspiring. They do a lot of fun things like grocery cart bingo and people share pointers. I truly don't like going, but there is something about physically going, paying the money, stepping on the scale that makes you feel more connected.

I have tried to just break the ww book and sliding point thing out and do it at home but it doesn't stick. I need accountability.

How is it online? They gave us codes to go on line for free for two weeks. The one thing I thought would be great was the convert any homemade recipe to points thing.

Cool!!! I have a blog buddy for ww. You are my blog buddy? My mom's been paying you and all right?
Yes, you mom's checks have been clearing.

I only signed up today. I signed up real quick just so I did it. Tonight I will be going through how it actually works and I will let you know. I firmly believe that because I am a cheap ass this will work. I know the only reason I quit smoking was because I paid $80 to have my ear zapped. I know I spend more money than that on shoes and purses, but if I waste it I think about how I could have spent that money on shoes and purses.

Yippee! We will help each other out and stuff.
cool. When you look everything over, you'll see two plans. Core is nice because there's no pointing, writing stuff down, etc. Flex is as the name implies, more flexible, you can eat just about anything but must stay within your points.

I thought I'd do core, but then realized, I'm more a flexer. Even though I hate writing shit down. And if you eat realy well, you do get a lot of food. Junk chews up your points and its not worth it. I'm weighing in on sunday. I'm hoping for a good amount off.

I also have been to the gym alot, so it better all pay off! Keep me posted on which plan you choose, etc. I should get my code out and check out the on line stuff.
Oh and I'm totally with you on if you're paying for something you're more likely to do it.

it's $11 a week to go the meetings. How much online?
Don't forget, Popo's new theme song
Long term lifetime WW member here. If you have any questions just let me know...I'd be happy to share all my tips, tricks, and recipes with you.

Like this: Crystal Light is a godsend. You get your water in with some flavor and it's 0 points. Since we're cheap we get either the Kroger's brand or Wyler's brand and it tastes great. My husband and I like the Raspberry, Pink Lemonade, and Fruit Punch varieties.

For the slow, comment here
